What's the deal with JP Sucks? Do you people hate JP?
JP is a kid who likes lollipops. He also recently found out he is a vampire. He sucks in both ways. It is purely a coincidence that JP Sucks shares the same initials as Jamaica Plain. JP is awesome. And JP is awesome. It’s just that JP sucks, so people get confused.
Why a lollipop boutique?
There’s a lot of localism going on in Jamaica Plain, Boston and the world. One of the founders is a Slow Food member. Making food good, safe and local should apply to candy as well. Lollipops made from Jamaica Plain honey should be savored and enjoyed slowly. More candy will be coming soon!
Where are your lollipops made?
The lollipops are made in a small candy shop in Wilton New Hampshire called Nelson’s Candy. They don’t have a website. They are worth a trip!
