You may return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from JP Sucks within 15 days of the purchase. Ship the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return JP Sucks address below. Please include your original receipt, a description of the problem, contact info, and, if an exchange, a description of what you would like in exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. If your request for an exchange is not available, we will issue a credit towards another JP Sucks purchase.
Unless you received you item damaged from us, we do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).
